Excellent distraction for those genius enough to use while riding! 5 star rating for thinning of the herd and should boost salvage yard business outlook.

I though we rode bikes to get away from these types of diversions?

That will work great for all the garage queen riders. If they start her up, turn on a fan they can pretend they’re Sons of Apathy…

Naa…I’ll just wait for the seasonally ajustable ac/heat unit that’s undoubtedly under development.

Interesting comments from the ‘baby boomers’.

Albeit largely before my time (as a biker certainly), the 1970’s (and likely into the decade beyond) HD touring models had as an option, a cigarette lighter. If ‘back then’ they had the dexterity to dig in a pocket, find one, light one and smoke it in ‘flight’ – surely today one can cope with a few touches on a screen (to select entertainment far less damaging to your lungs).

Not a big fan of looking away from the road for a moment, but still a great concept and a clean idea for those who enjoy their tunes and can wait until a stop light to quickly skip over the Justin Timberlake track they “forgot” was on their “classic rock” playlist.

Good luck with the product guys…I’m sure you’ll sell plenty

It’s an idea who time has come
Agree with the sentiments of all of the above….
But what’s the difference between this & the “toggle” buttons
on the Street / road Glides & the Cross Country ???

Times have changed! I had to “install” a cigarette lighter on my Road King in order to keep the fire going in my cigar !!!

I used to tape my iPhone to the top of my tank bag, to use it (with headphones) as a navigational aid. A more permanent installation isn’t a half bad idea.

This isn’t a new idea, in fact it’s been available for years, and it’s patented!
