2013 Custom Chrome Dealer Show And Bike Show Series

CCE1CCE2 CCE3This Friday March 22, effervescence in the German Mainz Halle where European & American vendors are gathering to finalize their booth display preparation and where 115 registered custom bikes roll on and off 2 photo studios for beauty shots (more unregistered customs will show up at the last minute and the total number of competitors could reach a much higher number, a count that many US show organizers would envy…) The 3 top photographers in charge of shooting this record number of customs in only 48 hours (they will not sleep much between today and Sunday…) are “Motographer” Horst Roesler, Frank Sander and Onno Wieringa. It is important to mention that the operation does more than organize this important yearly trade and bike show competition and offers courtesy promotion of all competitors with their bikes in European magazines.

Program of the weekend event is as follows:

Saturday March 23rd: day is reserved to dealers, media and v-twin industry opinion dealers. All bike competitors are going to be judged from 11.15 am to 6 pm by competitors themselves (of course not authorized to vet for their own bike) and a couple of VIP’s present at the show. Bikes are scored in 4 different classes. Modified Harley Class, RevTech Performance Class, Jammer Old School Class, Championship Class. Before awards ceremony on Sunday, judging sheets of each competitor will be placed on each competitor reserved seat front of the main stage with the name of winners being “live” read.

Sunday March 24th: day is open to general public. An opportunity for each custom bike lover to be in direct with each custom builder and with an international representation of the most important vendors of the industry who are going to disclose to them their new products. And of course they all will leave the Phoenix Halle with in hands the new 2013 CCE Catalog. At 2.30 pm special Trophy Ceremony on the main stage with announcement of special and press awards. Then all winners are going to be photographed together for pictures that all motorcycle magazines around the world are going to publish…End of at 6 pm.
