Job Opportunity At Progressive Suspension. Customer Service Tech.

, the world leader in aftermarket motorcycle suspension is currently seeking a customer service/warranty person.

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, creative and a dedicated team player. The right person will be responsible for answering a high volume of technical and customer service phone calls and e-mails as well as repair and replace suspension parts in accordance with our policies. This is a fast paced position with an excellent company with room to advance.

• Flexible and multi-task oriented. Ability to deal patiently with problems and complaints and to remain courteous when faced with difficult situations.
• Strong phone skills are a must. • Familiarity with motorcycles required. • Able to work independently within specified time constraints
• Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities. Verbal communication and listening skills are especially important. Good typing, spelling, and grammar skills are required. Basic to intermediate PC knowledge and familiarity with Excel, Word and Outlook • Suspension experience helpful
• Strong mechanical ability and the desire to learn new products a must. —
