Retro Side Mount Taillight

Not only you need a strong taillight to show that you are braking, but maybe you also need to say it.  “Stop” is engraved all over the glass of this taillight inspired by the Model A Ford. It features a stainless steel housing, a chrome frame with a powdercoated backing plate (I don’t know why?). Measures 7” (H) x 4.25” (W). It will set you back $ 239.95 but safety has no price. Vertical side mounts are not legal in all states. Do you care? From

Cyril, have you had any experiences now with FLA troopers etc ticketing or giving warnings to bikers with vertical mounted plates now? We’d been told (haven’t experienced it directly, yet) that they we starting to crack down on this….but it just doesn’t make sense that authorities can ticket people with PRODUCTION bikes from LICENSED MFG’s that make bikes with this setup. Granted, there are people that customize bikes that put these on, but a MFG’d bike surely can’t be ILLEGAL in Florida due to such a feature…..or is that just FLA law at it’s best?

Heard about this in some specific places where cops started to ticket vertical sidemounts. I understand that each state has different rules. For a good legal advice, maybe you should talk to Rogue, our Freedom Fighter based in Florida at: [email protected]
