An American In Paris

I am not making reference to the famous 1951 movie an “American In Paris”, but to Bill Dodge fromhaving a good time in the the French capital, my native city. Since it would have been difficult for Bill (because of legislation) to ride one of his customs on the Champs Elysees Avenue, fellow french builder Fred Duban of lent him one of his own more cops-friendly customs. No word yet about how much Bill Dodge spent in bling bling.during his parisian vacation

I was just in Paris on my honeymoon – great city, had an awesome time.
It was nice to see bikes everywhere, although I didn’t see one custom or chopper during my time there. What’s the deal with regulations over there? The few stock Harley’s that I saw sounded like their balls had been cut off. They were so quiet and had zero rumble to them. The trademark Harley sound was no where to be found.

On more than one occasion I day dreamed about ripping through the streets on a hardcore, filthy and stripped down chop – loud as hell breaking loose and watching the reaction and stares from folks on the street.

Rocked it in the 7th all loud pipes and frivilous nonsense – nobody did nothing –
